Richard Flood has shared that he had a huge hand in making his Grey’s Anatomy character as authentically Irish as possible. From dropping Irish slang to chatting about naggins, Cormac Hayes is as Irish as they come.
The character is so authentic because Richard has been able to mould him into a real person and not a caricature for an Irish person.
