Mose Masoe has taken his latest literal steps on a remarkable recovery road - as he continues to inspire everybody following his story.
The Hull Kingston Rovers prop suffered a career-ending spinal injury during a pre-season match at Wakefield in January, leaving fears over whether he would walk again.
But in a video posted this week he took his first tentative steps without the aid of a walking frame - watched and helped by his young daughters Evie-Rose, six, and Marlowe, four. “What a moment that was for them, and lovely for them to share it with everybody out there who is hopeful about his recovery,” Rovers coach Tony Smith said. “I know he has had a couple of tumbles at home so she’s a game little girl to stand there in front of him.
