One of the biggest events in fashion – Vogue World – took place in arguably the industry's capital last night – Paris – and it was a star-studded affair with the likes of Katy Perry, Ciara and Sabrina Carpenter, Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner out in force.
The 500-person show at the Place Vendôme was a celebration of 100 years of French fashion and sport, taking a look back, decade by decade, at the last century of the country's fashion and how it relates to the history of sports — from cycling to swimming to fencing to breakdancing.
The theme was, of course inspired by the upcoming Olympics which are being held in the city this summer and there were plenty of sports stars there too, including tennis aces Serena and Venus Williams.
Previous Vogue Worlds were held in London last year, and New York the year before but Paris was the first to hold a catwalk show and spectators were in awe as one famous face after the other emerged.
