Nearly a year to the day after a bombshell ruling which found a two-year-old boy died because of prolonged exposure to damp and mould, residents living in homes managed by the same organisation claim their properties are still riddled with similar problems.
Awaab Ishak died in December 2020, after living in a property on the Freehold estate ran and operated by Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH).
Last year a coroner ruled that RBH should have carried out repairs on the property between July and December 2020, when it knew about the mould.
