He's been working up a sweat on the dancefloor with his partner Sam Quek on the Strictly dance floor for the last seven weeks, so it’s good to know that Strictly Come Dancing's Nikita Kuzmin had a bit of chill time before he embarked on the latest series of the dance show.

Back in the summer, Nikita and girlfriend Lauren Jaine headed to Iceland for a holiday. However, it doesn’t look there was much rest and relaxation on the menu as they headed to the Arctic country.

In fact, there can’t have been an activity the pair didn’t try on their action-packed trip. Nikita’s posts from the holiday show the pair do everything from flying in a helicopter to plunging into the country’s natural heated spring pools and exploring underground caves.

Nikita even got a chance to try out a bit of dancing on the ice, while dressed in full show gear and helmet. The pair have been dating since last summer and jetted off together for the trip back in August.
