The Rangers players are 'ahead of schedule' in their rebrand under Philippe Clement - and the boss is well impressed with what he's seen so far.That's according to Leon Balogun, anyway, who believes that if he has the measure of the boss, then he's more than satisfied with how things have gone in his first few weeks.
Clement spoke of installing a winning mentality when he took the reins and a desire to play dominant football, and both of those things were on show at Hampden on Sunday as they downed Hearts 3-1 to reach the Viaplay Cup final.Clement wants to win it all and he'll get the chance to take his first step towards doing that on December 17 as Rangers meet Aberdeen back at Hampden.
Since Clement took over it's been four domestic wins from four with 14 goals scored and two conceded, while they also picked up a creditable point against Sparta Prague on their Europa League travels.And according to Balogun, the Belgian boss is quite content with how things are ticking along.
He said after the win over Hearts: "He's quite strong and clear in what he demands and he brings the message across really well which you can see in the performances.
