Meghan Markle has always been open about how she likes to prioritise her health and wellness, with the mum-of-two previously running a lifestyle blog where she would share her daily routines and tips.
The Duchess of Sussex, 40, is known to have a strict routine which includes regular yoga sessions and no caffeine, and it's believed that she invests thousands each year in her health.
Growing up in California has definitely influenced Meghan's choices and on her blog The Tig, which is now defunct, she allegedly wrote: "I was born and raised in Los Angeles, a California girl who lives by the ethos that most things can be cured with either yoga, the beach or a few avocados." She has also been vocal about her love for yoga, having reportedly had a studio built in Frogmore Cottage when she and Prince Harry were living in the UK, and she's also believed to be a big fan of pilates.
