The 50-year-old former Friends actor is spending most of his time between New York and Malibu, so doesn't have a need for his apartment that looks over LA.
It has been a long process though as Matthew put the West Century Drive apartment on the market in August 2019 with Greg Holcomb and Cassandra Petersen of Compass, with a $35 million price tag but he has slashed how the selling price in the hope of getting some interest.
