A luxury farmhouse on the edge of one of Britain's most popular national parks is being raffled off for £5 a ticket. Cefn Isa Farmhouse was bought by its current owners back in 2019 for £200,000 - but is now worth £485,000.

The three-bedroom property, located two miles from Criccieth, near Snowdonia National Park, has undergone significant renovations.

And it is now being sold for just £5 by a couple from Lincolnshire, reports NorthWales Live. The move comes after another house in the area was sold the same way by Ryan McLean and Katherine Jablonowska only last year.

The pair have since set up a consultancy business called Cwellyn Dream Raffle Management and are now overseeing the sale of Cefn Isa, which stands next to their old home.
