Jools became famous after starting his career as a session musician and he was a founding member of the British pop band Squeeze.
With his musical background, the BBC star, 66, has given a platform to loads of talent from Adele, David Bowie and Missy Elliot just to name a few.
But his personal life hasn't always been as smooth as his music.The TV presenter and musician was born in Blackheath, south-east London, in 1958, and he's been a constant fixture on British TV since the 1980s.
