Gemma Collins has given a glimpse inside her romantic birthday weekend with boyfriend Rami Hawash at a five-star country hotel.The Diva Forever star, who turned 41 on January 31, gave a sneak peek of her gorgeous getaway at the five-star Cliveden House in Berkshire where Meghan Markle stayed the night before her wedding to Prince Harry in 2018.

Gemma appeared to be making the most of the great outdoors at the gorgeous hotel as she revealed that the couple had enjoyed a two-hour walk before having to climb 172 steps to get back to the hotel.The blonde beauty looked chic in oversized sunglasses and a leopard print top and leggings as Rami filmed his girlfriend walking up the steps.
