Ink Master star Daniel Silva pleads no contest to killing YouTuber Corey La Barrie

Following his initial plea, La Barrie’s parents filed a wrongful death suit against Silva and his company Daniel Silva Tattoos, alleging the star was driving at an ‘extremely high speed unreasonable for the conditions’ when he was in the car with Corey, claiming he ‘generally failed to use reasonable care’ while operating the vehicle and thus was in violation of California law, and alleging that he was under the influence of alcohol and/or other unknown substances.On 10 May, Silva was driving his 2020 McLaren 600LT with La Barrie as a passenger ‘at a high rate of speed when the driver.
