Injured woman rescued with six in hospital after double decker bus and Audi crash
manchestereveningnews.co.ukA woman who suffered 'major trauma related injuries' was rescued with five others hospitalised after a crash between a double decker bus and an Audi in Bolton.
The collision, which closed St George's Road for a number of hours at around 1.30pm, sparked an emergency services response with police, paramedics and fire crews called out to the scene.
Pictures from the scene show fire service personnel attending the incident, with the front windscreen of the bus left shattered after the collision with the black Audi.
One woman had to be rescued from the bus by crews at the scene.
