Incredible Film Boards ‘All Stars’ Creator Jean Van De Velde’s Comedy ‘After Party’ Ahead Of Mauritius Shoot – EFM
deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: Incredible Film has acquired global distribution rights to upcoming comedy feature After Party, from Dutch director Jean van de Velde, creator of the hit sports-themed franchise All Stars.
The company is launching pre-sales on the Netherlands-South African co-production at the EFM ahead of the shoot this September in Mauritius, as the first feature film to be filmed on its Island of Rodrigues.
Written and directed by van de Velde, the movie revolves around a childless couple in their early fifties who have enjoyed a fulfilling lifestyle, centred around their careers, wealth and freedom.
As young urban professionals, the world was their oyster but when health, wealth and youth is no longer on their side, the pair take drastic action to ensure they remain on top.
