He was announced as CEO of Scottish Rail Holdings (SRH) four weeks ago. The firm will take over the running of the ScotRail franchise in April when Abellio is stripped of its contract.
Companies House records show Gibb controls CLGR Limited – a private consultancy firm he set up after leaving Virgin Trains as chief operating officer in 2013.His LinkedIn profile states the firm is a “provider of rail consultancy services, owned by my family”.
