Deborah James sadly passed away on Tuesday 28 June at the age of 40 after her five year battle with bowel cancer. Having raised over £6million with her bowel cancer fundraiser back in May, it's no surprise that the last photo Deborah took on her Instagram page was of her celebrating her In The Style clothing collection, which also raised over £1m for Cancer Research UK.

But since her heartbreaking death, Adam Frisby of In The Style has expressed his frustration as Dame Deborah’s charity t-shirts were ripped off.

Adam took to his Instagram shortly after Dame Deborah's death to confront the issue, writing: "Guys I'm so sad and frustrated I'm having to mention this and unfortunately I've had so many messages about this and some people are actually buying them. "It's been brought to my attention that there are listings on Amazon and other sites of the Rebellious Hope T-shirt which are NOT charity and NOT in partnership with Debs." Adam shared a look at the T-shirts in question which could be seen selling on Amazon.

He continued: "Amazon themselves have also done PAID adverts to appear first on Google if you search it. "Please be aware these are not Deborah's designs and the money does not go to her charity.
