Matty Matheson may play a handyman with no culinary skill in “The Bear,” but behind the scenes, the Toronto-based celebrity chef and restauranteur knows good food (and how to make it) better than anybody.
And now, Matheson, who has served as a culinary consultant and producer on the show since its first season, has a new cookbook featuring his most innovative takes on the three most basic meals: soups, salads and sandwiches.
In his signature no-nonsense fashion, Matheson’s newest cookbook is titled just that (“Soups, Salads and Sandwiches”) inspired by cooking’s “iconic trio,” as he calls it.
