Imagine Dragons song has successfully been landed on the moon.Last month, it was announced that space tech company Lonestar was due to launch a rocket from Kennedy Space Center to land a data center on the Moon.
If the mission was successful, a song would be transmitted to the data center – this was selected as Imagine Dragons and composter Inon Zur’s collaboration ‘Children Of The Sky’ for the Starfield soundtrack.The mission launched launched on February 26 and landed on the moon’s surface on March 6.
Inon Zur took to social media to share that after the spacecraft’s landing, the data center on the moon had successfully received transmissions for the song and its lyrics. “The song will now be on the Moon… forever!!,” he wrote.Success, we’re on the Moon!
