Idrissa Akuna Elba OBE (born 6 September 1972) is an English actor, writer, producer, rapper, singer, songwriter and DJ. He is known for roles including Stringer Bell in the HBO series The Wire, DCI John Luther in the BBC One series Luther, and Nelson Mandela in the biographical film Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom (2013). He has been nominated four times for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Miniseries or Television Film, winning one, and was nominated five times for a Primetime Emmy Award.

Dubbed the "Queen of All Media", she was the richest African American of the 20th century and North America's first black multi-billionaire, and she has been ranked the greatest black philanthropist in American history. By 2007, she was sometimes ranked as the most influential woman in the world.
Prince Harry
Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, KCVO ADC (Henry Charles Albert David;15 September 1984) is the younger son of Charles, Prince of Wales and Diana, Princess of Wales and is sixth in the line of succession to the British throne. Harry was educated at Wetherby School, Ludgrove School, and Eton College. He spent parts of his gap year in Australia and Lesotho. He then underwent officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He was commissioned as a cornet (second lieutenant) into the Blues and Royals, serving temporarily with his brother Prince William, and he completed his training as a troop leader. In 2007–08, he served for over ten weeks in Helmand, Afghanistan, but was pulled out after an Australian magazine revealed his presence there. He returned to Afghanistan for a 20-week deployment in 2012–13 with the Army Air Corps. He left the army in June 2015.

Idris Elba reveals song Meghan asked him to play at her wedding to Prince Harry

Idris Elba has revealed that the Duchess of Sussex asked him to play a song by the rapper Dr Dre when he was the DJ at her wedding to Prince Harry. The Luther star said Meghan made a special request for Still DRE, a hit which was released in 1999 and features Snoop Dogg.

Asked what it was like to DJ for the couple after their nuptials in 2018 and what tunes filled the dancefloor, he told BBC Radio 1 Xtra: "Still DRE by Dr Dre went off!

It was Meghan's choice. "Elba was a DJ long before he came to prominence as an actor. He displayed both skills in his Netflix show, Turn Up Charlie, in which he played a down-and-out DJ trying to rebuild his music career while working as a nanny for the daughter of his famous best friend.

He went to the royal wedding in St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle with his wife, Sabrina, alongside other celebrities such as George and Amal Clooney, Oprah Winfrey and Serena Williams.
