Idris Elba has revealed that he came face-to-face with a real lion during one day of filming for Beast.The film is released in cinemas in the US on August 19, before premiering in the UK the following week.In the blockbuster, the 49-year-old stars as Dr Nate Daniels, who takes his daughters on a trip to a game reserve in South Africa.However, the Luther actor let slip that the cast were stunned when a lion stopped by to get in on the action.‘There was a lion there who wasn’t in the movie, and he was on set,’ he said while on the red carpet at the New York premiere on Monday.Although we would have made a very, very swift getaway at this point, Idris kept a firm hold of his trademark cool and spoke to the lion calmly.He reportedly recalled saying: “‘That’s my guy.
