Supermarket giant Iceland has issued a one-day warning to shoppers across the UK. As the price of living continues to increase, many shoppers are struggling to afford all of the essentials they need at the supermarket.
As a result, people have been limiting how much they buy, and in some cases, have been putting items back after hitting a limit of £20.
It's becoming a national crisis, and Iceland has stepped in to help. The supermarket's ‘Summer Cheer’ campaign will allow eligible residents in 17 parts of the country to claim a £30 voucher for food and other essentials. READ MORE: Martin Lewis warns you could be charged £273 for limiting your energy use But the offer is set to end this week, so eligible pensioners will only have until this Friday, September 16, to claim the voucher.
To qualify for the voucher, you must be a resident over 60 who is living independently or with a carer, and who relies solely on a state pension or benefits.
