Ice-T proceeds to tell the officer that he was on the way to a nearby DMV to update the paperwork on his Porsche, and that he tried to resolve the matter at the DMV the day before but couldn’t because “their system was down.” According to T, the car’s registration wasn’t up to date because it had been “parked.”“Are you sure?” the cop asks him in the footage. “Yeah, of course I’m sure,” the rapper responds. “Yesterday I went to the DMV and they said their system’s down, so that’s why I’m here.

I got seven cars. I’m trying to get them all straight.”When asked by the officer what time his appointment was , the “SVU” star replies, “I don’t need one,” before adding, “They know me.”Prompted to provide his driver’s license, Ice-T admits to the officer that his license is also expired. “That’s why I’m going to the DMV.
