Ianis Hagi is close to sealing a £17million January switch to Roma. The Rangers playmaker was linked with the likes of Lazio and Sevilla over the summer but ultimately remained at Ibrox.
After a spell on the sidelines due to Covid, Hagi came off the bench to put in a star turn against Livingston on Wednesday night.
However, according to both Pro TV and Sport in his homeland, the 22-year-old could be set for the exit door. It's claimed Serie A giants Roma have agreed a €20million (£17m) fee to sign Hagi in January.
The creative midfielder is said to have convinced boss Jose Mourinho of his qualities with a return to Italy on the cards.Hagi, son of Romanian legend Gheorghe, was previously on the books at Fiorentina but struggled for game.
