Ian Wright has reacted to the news that Arsenal have sacked Under-23s coach Steve Bould after 30 years at the club. Wright took to Twitter on Sunday morning, shortly after the news was announced, to post a picture of himself hugging Bould while Lee Dixon looks on.

He accompanied the post with the caption: "Legend" and included four heart emojis. Bould joined Arsenal from Stoke City in 1988 and went on to make nearly 300 appearances for the north London club before representing Sunderland for a year and then retiring.

He returned to Arsenal in 2001 and has held various coaching positions at the club. Bould was in charge of Arsenal's Under-18s side as they won Premier Academy League titles in 2009 and 2010.
