Comedian Iain Stirling has revealed he will be narrating Love Island from his London home for the first time due to Covid-19 restrictions.The new dad, 33, announced that he will be holding down the fort in the UK on Friday while his doting wife Laura Whitmore, 36, and their newborn daughter soak up the sun in Majorca.

Iain will be writing his script for the upcoming series from his home while he enviously watches his wife, who recently shared her hopes that the show does her late pal Caroline Flack proud, present her second series of the programme.The popular ITV2 dating show will be returning to our screens on Monday, 28 June, after more than 18 months off air with Laura, who recently revealed what it takes to be the "perfect" Islander,.
