The Spaniard failed to keep out the Algerian's low effort, allowing the ball to squirm through his hands and trickle into the net.
It marked his fourth error leading to a goal in all competitions this season, once again resulting in questions being asked about his suitability to Erik ten Hag's long-term vision at Old Trafford.
