Noman Ali, 32, said he was dropping off a customer in Gorton when a group of kids began throwing stones over the bridge on Hyde Road.

He was unable to work for three days whilst it was getting fixed. Earlier this month, the Manchester Evening News reported that one taxi firm has threatened to stop serving a north Manchester estate after claims that drivers were being terrorised by a gang of youths.
