An inquest into the death of 41-year-old Hubert Kacperek opened at Bolton Coroner's Court on Friday, May 14. Police coroner's officer Andrew Pickles told the hearing that a man made a 999 call at 11.07am on Monday, April 12, where he claimed he had stabbed someone.
Police and paramedics rushed to the scene at Liverpool Road, Eccles, with emergency services desperately trying to save Mr Kacperek, but the much-loved dad was pronounced dead at the scene.
