Fad diets are ten-a-penny. Everywhere you look, there's a new fad doing the rounds as people attempt to make positive changes to their wellbeing.
But beyond the fads, there are certain diet rules on which pretty much everyone agrees. And top of the list is super-processed food being quite bad for your health.
A report published in the British Medical Journal recently linked ultra-processed foods to an increased risk of 32 harmful outcomes.
