I've embarked on a pre-Spring, Spring clean this last week thanks to an untimely home inspection on behalf of the property agency.
Now anybody who rents their home will be used to these maybe twice, but certainly once a year. It's where an inspector comes in and look for damp issues, working smoke alarms and overall cleanliness to identify potential "issues".
