Fast forward 30 years, the same card made its way back to the original sender, who celebrated her own 40th birthday on January 25, 2025.She shared her surprise in the Pics subreddit, writing: "My aunt re-gifted me a birthday card I gave her 30 years ago." With a sense of humour intact, the aunt responded on the card with a timely: "Right back at ya!" The gag had hundreds of Reddit users in stitches, with one commenting amusingly: "I imagine her, packing up for a move or doing general decluttering several times during those years, ripping that card out of someone's hand that wants to throw it away with a 'NO!
