Adam Thomas has opened up about his anxiety over the Strictly Come Dancing live shows, revealing that he becomes a bundle on nerves on Saturday nights.
Sharing a video on Instagram Story, the Waterloo Road actor, 35, told fans: "This is the bit I hate. We have just had a session this morning. "And I don't know what it is, but for me, Saturday night nerves get the better of me and my mind's a mush and I forget the routine... "I go into panic mode so Luba has gone in next door to get the dance students who are next door to watch the dance to help me get over my nerves..." He continued: "I'm having a full-on anxiety attack already.
