One of her suggested questions was "how is performance measured here, what does the performance review process look like, what does success look like for me in this role?" This question, she said, ensures the interview panel knows you're focused on achieving results and performing at your best.She also recommended asking: "Talk to me about the first ninety to one hundred days in this role, what would you be looking for in your new hire?" Other simpler questions suggested by Louise included asking the panel and future boss "the one thing they are looking for in a successful candidate?"
