The famous faces had a three-week stint in Wales where they filmed late into the night and often didn't eat dinner until midnight.
As the show is usually filmed in Australia, the cast and crew had to adapt to the new filming schedule because the series has previously been worked around the time difference Down Under.
After getting home, many of the stars have found the late nights have thrown their sleep patterns completely out of whack and they're struggling to go to bed at normal times.
