again after becoming a first time mum to her daughter Alba. She did however reveal she had some advice for future contestants heading into the jungle for the latest series of the smash hit ITV show.
Charlotte famously took part in the show back in 2020, which was filmed in South Africa that year, where she faced tough challenges, conquered her fear of heights and even shared a steamy kiss with Married at First Sight star Ryan Gallagher.
But three years after her stint on the show, Charlotte has shared some sage words of wisdom for the stars heading out to the Jungle for the first time, as she urged them to prepare for “boredom.” Speaking to the Daily Star, Charlotte made the surprising admission, as she told the publication: “I flew to South Africa quite last minute to go on the show, and I didn’t take anything with me.
