Victoria, from Bury, was one of 12 celebrities to take part in the first ever UK-based I'm A Celeb which took place for three weeks at Gwrych Castle in north Wales.
Speaking to the Sunday Times magazine, Victoria recalled the conversation she had with head of BBC News Fran Unsworth and what she said to change the BBC's mind. "I said, 'I'll take unpaid leave.
I'm not going to cross any lines of impartiality. I'm not going to bring the BBC into disrepute," she said."But the area where Fran conceded was when I argued that BBC News wants to attract.
