Gwrych Castle in Abergele, North Wales.It has been rumoured that the 19th century castle - located just an hour from Manchester - will be the location of the show after it mysteriously announced it would be temporarily closing its doors from 5pm on Sunday, August 23 until New Year.The coronavirus pandemic and lockdowns across the world have made it impossible for the ITV reality show to safely host it in its usual place in Australia.Ant and Dec will host an adapted version of the gruelling competition show in which celebrities face tough trials and challenges in a bid to win food and treats for their team.But perhaps the biggest change to the format is that the traditional king or queen of the jungle will be scrapped in favour of the winner.
