I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here have pointed out the exact moment they think Jamie Lynn Spears decided to leave the show.

It was announced just a few hours before Wednesday night's instalment of the ITV reality show that the actress and singer had quit on 'medical grounds'.

A spokesperson for the show announced: “Jamie Lynn Spears has left I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! on medical grounds.

She’s been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities."
