Fans were quick to comment on the unusual look the TV personality was sporting during Wednesday's episode of the ITV1 show. Gillian arrived at the South Africa camp as a surprise celebrity during the first episode and has since been adapting to camp life, and it looks like she's got a new look.
While she joined the show with braided locks, viewers were caught off guard when Gillian appeared in the morning wearing a pair of large white sunglasses with flowers around them.
