Fans of the South Africa edition, which has seen all manner of twists and turns so far this series, has already had fans gripped.
But in recent days, the 32 year old star seemed to be really struggling with the Bushtucker Trials. During tonight's episode, which aired on Monday 1 May, the actress seemed to have a new lease of life.
All of a sudden, she absolutely smashed the terrifying trial, which was one of the scariest yet. Mum-of-three Helen was faced with climbing up to the top of the ladder in the highest trial ever in the history of I'm A Celeb.The actress joined fellow campmates Amir Khan and Myleene Klass to take part in the challenge, which was called World's End.
