Adam appeared on the hit ITV programme in 2016 and has been watching on in disbelief as some of this year's contestants have threatened to leave the castle just days after arriving.
Naughty Boy and Dame Arlene Phillips both expressed their desire to leave the show after three days in The Clink, before they had even entered main camp and met the rest of the celebrities.
