I'm A Celeb star Coleen Rooney's pal says 'ITV should do more' as fans see 'softer side'

Coleen Rooney's friend Lizzie Cundy has called on ITV to give the star more airtime following her stint in the I'm A Celeb jungle, insisting she'd "love it".The socialite struck up a friendship with the WAG during her 18-year marriage to former footballer Jason Cundy.

Coleen has quickly become a fan favourite and recently nabbed a perfect score in a Bushtucker Trial with Coronation Street star Alan Halsall.

And Lizzie says the show has showcased Coleen's "softer side" and reveals there's "much more" to her than the public might think.

She told Heat magazine: "She really holds her emotions in, and I'm glad that people are starting to see the softer side of her." Lizzie highlighted how Coleen has weathered the storm of the "Wagatha Christie stuff" with a brave face, yet beneath it all, she's a "really soft girl".
