Former BBC Breakfast presenter Louise, 53, became close friends with The Saturdays singer-turned Loose Women panellist over the course of their time on the ITV show.
Cooped up in the cold and challenging conditions, the pair had plenty of time to confide in each other about their experiences in the Welsh Gwrych Castle.
