I’m a Celeb campsite ahead of the show’s first ever show broadcast from the UK. Bosses behind the popular ITV reality show have been forced to film the show closer to home instead of at its usual Australia location due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Celebrities will instead take a short journey into Wales as this year’s competition takes place in a castle ruin, reports the Mirror.

Rumours spread online after a castle in North Wales suddenly announved it would be closing in a Facebook post. Gwrych Castle officials wrote: “Gwrych Castle and Estate will be temporarily closing to the public at 5pm on Sunday, August 23 until New Year.
