Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
A furious Darrell Clarke has claimed his Barnsley players deserve "a slap" if any of them say Premier League stars are "poor" following their humiliating 7-0 defeat at Manchester United.
The Tykes were thrashed at Old Trafford, with Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho and Christian Eriksen scoring a brace each, while Antony also found the net as United progressed through to the Carabao Cup fourth round.
Yes, United were clinical and rampant, but Clarke's side didn't half make it easy for them. Despite starting the game on the front foot, Barnsley allowed United too much space in attacking areas and failed to defend situations well when required to.
Additionally, mistakes were aplenty across the park and the League One side simply couldn't contain what they were coming up against.
