Either they're too short in the leg, too loose around the waist or too tight on the thighs. But now, New Look's new denim range has come to my rescue, with their Adalae style solving all my denim dilemmas.
The Adalae High Waist Wide-Leg jeans, priced at £34.99 here, come in seven different washes ranging from bleach denim to trendy chocolate brown and my personal winter favourite, a deep indigo shade.
Normally, I'm not a fan of wide-leg styles, preferring straight-leg or more relaxed fits, but the Adalae style has completely won me over.The high waist combined with the wide leg helped to lengthen my legs and the jeans fitted perfectly around both my thighs and waist, which is a rare occurrence when trying on denim.This style would pair beautifully with a chunky knit jumper, an oversized blazer, or for me, a matching denim jacket for a head-to-toe double denim look.
