'I couldn't get out of bed after splitting from Teddy,' reveals Faye Winter

Speaking out since her split from Love Island beau Teddy Soares, Faye Winter admits that during her lowest moments, she found herself unable to carry out the most basic of daily tasks.

The 27-year-old - who broke the sad news of their break-up on Instagram earlier this year after 18-months together - admits that in the weeks since they both moved out of their plush Essex apartment, she's struggled to get out of bed.

Despite her heartache however, Faye tells OK! that her beloved golden retriever pup Bonnie has helped pull her through her lowest moments, giving her a "purpose" when she’s been feeling flat. "I would not have gotten through half the stuff I have recently if it wasn’t for her," she confesses. "She is my alarm clock in the morning, she gets me up every day and she’s my reason for being. "The amount of times where I’ve not wanted to get out of bed because I’m in such a low place, but now I don’t have that.

I have to get up to feed and walk her every day." The former lettings manager - who met ex-financial consultant Teddy, 28, during the seventh season of the hit ITV2 dating show and kept viewers gripped with their fiery on-off romance - also credits a busy work schedule with getting her back on track. "I’ve had so much going on and I’ve got a lot of work-related things to look forward to, so I’m just focusing on these things, really," she says. "I hope Teddy is focusing on his growth." Opening up on the reason behind their unexpected break up, Faye tells OK!
