'I can't even bring myself to say it': Why a secondary school's name change hasn't gone down well with some parents

A secondary school in Manchester is being given a new name - and it's not gone down too well with some parents. From January 1, Manchester Health Academy will be called Dixons Brooklands Academy.

The change is happening because the school is transferring to Dixons Academies Trust, the first one in the area to do so. The Wythenshawe school will be the third to join the trust's 'North West Hub', with its other two in Liverpool and the rest of its schools in West Yorkshire.
