Huw Edwards was filmed waiting at a busy station by the stepdad of a boy who he reportedly paid £35,000 for sexual pictures, in a video obtained by The Sun.

In the video, taken by the boy’s stepfather in May last year, the former BBC journalist is said to be waiting to meet the boy for a secret rendezvous, after allegedly asking him to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

In the video, the former news reader can be seen standing with his hands cusped together, wearing a black jacket and blue jeans as he looks to the side of the tracks.The stepfather of the boy, who was 17 at the time, is now speaking out after Huw was charged earlier this week.The former BBC newsreader admitted to receiving sex abuse videos of children as young as seven.

The 62 year old journalist pleaded guilty to all charges against him at Westminster Magistrates' Court. He was charged with three counts of making indecent images of children.The alleged offences took place between December 2020 and April 2022 and involve images shared on a WhatsApp chat.The TV News Reader is accused of possessing six category A images, 12 category B images, and 19 category C images.The stepdad is said to have raced to the station in May 2023, after being alerted by his partner to an alleged secret rendezvous between Huw and her son as she allegedly saw messages from Huw suggesting he wanted the boy to sign a non-disclosure agreement ‘by chance,’ The Sun reports. “I was so angry.
