A husband and wife died following a crash with a police car. John Jackson, 60, and Nerys Jackson, 57, were killed after their vehicle was involved in the head-on-head collision.
Inquests into their death on December 9, which opened and adjourned today, heard how a Skoda driven by Mr Jackson collided with a police vehicle on the A458 near Morville, Shropshire.
Mrs Jackson, a teacher, suffered a cardiac arrest and passed away at the scene despite efforts from paramedics to save her, according to the coroner's officer report.
A third passenger, a woman in her 20's, was hurt in the incident, WalesOnline reports.
